I realised I bought the wrong size and within a couple of minutes I sent them a message to support about either changing size or cancelling and they replied they have locked in and shipped. Wow. Very efficient. Not! Not recommended at all. Sizing wise They are very limited in sizes for big guys. I usually get mine online from other sites but this site I wonβt recommend at all. Bad service overall

β β β β β Very good customer service. Staff, Amirul ,was polite on the phone. He check the shoe availability pointed me in the direction of the store that was carrying the shoe i wanted. Great staff, great shoes

β β β β β Helpful staffs. If I'm the boss, I should encourage staffs to do upsales. When we bought a couple of items then get to know the discounts that we could get. This should be upfront to customers. If not we've bought a few that are on our list for the day. Recommended.

There were 3 or 4 staff standing at/near counter. Didnt even greet customers who came in.
Came with my son to look for shoes but i had to go back n forth to the staff at the counter for sizes n enquiries. They were so firm on standing at the counter. Another parent had to do the same. Zero customer service. Go other outlets. The one at vivo are bunch of kids.
