the person on the registration counter, zero patient, zero consideration and zero empathy. literally advise to get another job that make her happy.

Don't understand the 5 star reviews. Maybe I had a different doctor that day. A rushed appt even though clinic was empty. Doctor was uninterested and I had to tell him can you check this, that etc. Not child-friendly at all.

Dr Tan is a doctor with compassion, he is our family doctor, even my youngest son who has special needs is also under his care. I feel grateful to have such a good doctor in our neighborhood.

I visited Dr Tan yesterday taken his medicine and sleep well on that night, I already 3 weeks can't sleep well which taken others doctor medicine. The following day my cough, flu and sore throat recovery fast. My blood pressure is too high during consultant, he let me take medicine on the spot to stable my high blood condition. Thanks you Dr Tan.

Don't really agree with a review that the doctor being uninterested and unfriendly ?. Doctor are always friendly, able to explain to you your conditions, excellent listening skills and care. He is the only Doctor for this clinic - because my family has been consulting Dr Tan for more than 7 years and become my go-to clinic whenever! Do agree with comment about front staff doing registration got no patient, and rudely answer or can say didn't even bother to talk nicely but sound so unfair to give low rating because of this front staff (probably new staff), only one lady work very long with Dr Tan (I think she's filipino but she doesn't have filipino accent when she speaks) she always has this sweet smile when she's talking to patient, dont forget the friendly auntie staff there, always seen both of them partner together and heard they jokingly talk among each other vry positive vibes, they werent fixated with the same task, coz the filipino lady always stay behind nowadays, perhaps to assits doctor, many patients like to talk to her, so maybe the front staff may improve to have effective and nice communication with patients. Overall, I would still recommend this place

Dr Tan is very astute in his diagnosis and very considerate as well, attentive to symptoms and gentle when delivering diagnosis.Would have selected 10 stars if option available for. When the Doctor is really great but not so much with one of the staff at counter doing registration, however she looks impatient and unfriendly, made patient feel like it was an inconvenience that she was there and had to be registered.... so its a mix up. The rest of staffs working there very nice.
