★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent dining experience at The Best Brew. Ambience is nice and cosy. Situated by the Riverside, getting there was a good nice walk along the shady pathways. There's indoor and outdoor seatings. Tried the Caesar Salad, and it came in a generous portion with delicious sauce and crispy bread crumbs. The Bacon and Rocket Salad Pizza was yummy. Chewy mozzarella cheese on thin oven baked crust. Topped with fresh rocket salad. Each bite of the pizza burst into an array of flavours and textures. Baked salmon was served with steamed broccoli and carrots that are well buttered with garlic. Comes with a portion of baked rice as well. Absolutely enjoyed the food. Staffs were friendly and courteous. Had to wait a little bit for the mains to be prepared, but definitely worth the time. Will love to visit sometime again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Archipelago beer Tall Tale is available exclusively here and costs $13 nett a pint during Happy Hour (5-8.30pm). Other than that there is nothing much brewing here despite its name.
Food menu was quite limited in choices but very affordable for a hotel bar restaurant. Unfortunately, the beef sliders were very terrible. Steaks were used instead of minced meat and contained lots of tendons, making it close to impossible to chew even after cutting them into smaller pieces with a knife.
Service staff were great.

Following evening was given complementary drinks and snacks as are members.
Service is excellent.
outdoor seating is nice and cosy too but may get pretty warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice quiet spot for a coffee or beer by the river, but that is about as good as it gets. Food is decent.
It's no fault of the restaurant, but the stretch along the river directly behind the hotel is Robertson Quay. A district with countless awesome bars, cafes, and restaurants. If you're visiting from out of town, I'd honestly suggest skipping this restaurant for a walk down that belt.
