β β β β β Staff here actually ignores the customers in queue even though they saw that someone is queueing.
Saw some people just walk away from queue as they were left unattended.
They should have a talk with the staff at this outlet if they don't wanna miss sales.

β β β β β Commend them for hiring hearing impaired staff BUT there is no largely visible indication of this so you may be ignored by the staff through no ill intention of their own (found out the hard way today). Shame on Jollibean for not making the work environment suitable for their staff.

β β β β β The staffs are really quite badly trained and they seemed to be so underhanded at times. Jollibean has very poor strategic planning to sell so many cheap vouchers (thousands) on both Lazada and Shopee and ended up bogging their staffs with too much work. The management of Jollibean should either wake up their ideas or ship out.

β β β β β The staff (2 grumpy aunties) at Jollibean IMM stall are poorly trained with bad attitude. I visited few times served by them on Saturdays morning around 9.45am after morning jog dying with thirst but everytime they will ignore my presence after calling out for them and let me wait till they both finish whatever they are busy, keeping customers forming queue. Even they bother to ask after long wait, they will give you the wrong order. I ordered soya drink without sugar, cold. They gave me with sugar, warm. I wanna pay via Fave, they said not available. But the stall counter displaying FAVE payment logo!

β β β β β Bought one red bean n one peanut bean cake. The pastry was sour so was s red bean paste.
I had to throw it away which was meant fr my dinner. Awful.

β β β β β Quite surprised they have vegetarian meatball. I attended by a staff who canβt talk. He was doing cleaning at kitchen when I tried to order my food. He is great! He made sure I get things I want. Initially I was not aware he canβt talk, I repeated myself twice when he gave me the meatball pack without heating. Eventually he wrote a note and asked if I want the meatballs to be heated. When he noticed the meatballs were not heated well, he reheated again. I was away when he reheated my food. When I collected my food, he was there to check if the food being collected. Thumps up for his good attitude. Thumps up to Jollibean to employ him and provide vegetarian food which helps on sustainability and climate change. It would be good if you can update google map and your website regularly for your new menu. Thanks.
