β β β β β Slow and rude service. First and last time getting the drinks from IMM branch. If your waiting time is freaking one hour then pls let your customer know in advance! Unfriendly staff at IMM branch

β β β β β Drinks are good. But they are understaffed. Drinks at the back, melting, waiting to be served. Management should do something about it. Queue for 30mins, waited another 15mins for the drink.

β β β β β This outlet seemed a little more crowded than the one at Clementi. However, unlike the one at Clementi they provide a small sitting area with tables.
They use fresh coconut meat in the blends. You get the choice of choosing your sugar level so thatβs a plus. An original coconut shake will cost you $4.40 (M), $5.40 (L).

When i asked about my order after the queue has went +6 above my number the staff rudely replied that she have forgot and hastily throw the ingredients together without any apologies. Looks like quality control is going downhill with their ever increasing number of branches well done mr coconut

β β β β β False advertising! They show the coconut ice cream in a half coconut shell but they served it in a cup making it impossible to eat. Iβm not sure if itβs like this everywhere but this was at the IMM branch. Service was very slow as well. The taste of the dessert was however very yummy.

β β β β β This is the IMM outlet that we ordered from. There were 2 staff that day. One handling the ordering and giving out the drinks, and the other is making drinks. One bad thing is the lady taking the order keeps doing so, but letting the other ready drinks pile on and waiting on the counter. I donβt know whatβs the right balance but it just creates a longer waiting time for patrons because we can literally see our drink sitting on the counter in multiple cups, but we canβt do anything about it because our number is not called.
