โ โ โ โ โ A very enjoyable experience. I recently damaged my glasses in a volleyball game. So i decided to get my new pair of glasses. Mr james is patient, professional and very friendly. He is accommodating to my budget and requirements. Knowing that i do not have a presentable glass and the new glass will require 2 days to be ready, he gave me 2 pairs of contact lenses to use during these two days. Thank you james!

โ โ โ โ โ I visited the shop a few times to prescribe glasses. Prices were marked up pretty high. Nonetheless, quality and service low. I was even insulted by one of the staff criticising me being stingy, and unwillingly to spend money on glasses. What is worst, i was recommended a pair of frame which turned up to have blisters in between eyes, they made no efforts to update me of changing new frames. It has been 1 month since I reported my case. What is the OPS manager doing ? Is he aware ?
