★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really appalling experience here recently. I was told that I could get any song played on the stereos by using an app but unfortunately the app didn't work on my phone so I went to get help from one of the bar girls to help me get my song playing. The bar girl went to someone named "Baobei" and the next thing I heard really took me aback. Baobei said:
" 她以为她很大?!"
( She thinks she's very big?!)
What on earth customer service is this? Even if you are the manager or whatever a customer should never be hearing such comments! Terrible & horrible, please do something and teach your staff basic manners!
