Fleecing secondary school students when they wanted only a 6hr bike ride and ended up-selling them for a whole day at $40 per student, ridiculous. Some people just lack simple ethos.

used to be good 10++ years ago now bikes very very run down and gears can't change /out of sync and wanted to charge me to refill my bike tire once - i guess its their right but waa not very good pr

Poor service; management has no empathy. We paid for the family bike only to discover minutes later that it is not ideal for young kids to pedal. Could not come to an amicable solution with the company as they plainly forfeited the money. In our subsequent trips to east coast park, we found another rental outlet with better service and price. AVOID THIS SHOP!

I rarely post reviews but this time I felt the need to. There must be improvements made to the Management staffs of this bike rental shop. The is serious lack of empathy from the full-time staffs there whom all have the same rude and inflexible attitude. To start with what happened to us - We were supposed to get only one pair of skate rental and me choosing to jog. After my bf tried the skates on for the first time, only happen to realize that it’s unsuitable within 2 mins of trying. Wanted a change to bike but the FT-staff (dark skin, average height) there refused to change for us to bike so we had to rent a bike and a pair of skates in the end for an hour. Further, they didn’t allow additional 10mins to the skate rental due to the change of skates. Came back within 30mins, wanted a rest and the FT-staff mistaken bike was for return. Wanted to take it back after much explanation, he refused. So we paid full price of $18 per hour each for both and wasn’t able to utilize fully. This is not right. If the boss of this rental shop gets to read this - I hope you could train your FT-time staffs to have more empathy. Seems like the part-time staffs have more empathy yet helpless. East coast park is a family-oriented area where flexibility should be permitted and will be appreciated. The present attitude of your full-time staffs are chasing customers away! Hoping for a positive change. Thank you.

Agree with all earlier comments. The staffs in this bike shop are really rude. I brought my toddler to pump bike earlier, I put my kid down from his child seat for pumping. After that the staff asked us to leave immediately regardless my kid is not back to his child seat. He was expecting I can one hand hold my toddler and one hand push my heavy bike down to the slope and get back out bike in the busy bicycle track.

Okay so I rarely write bad reviews. But this place needs to be avoided at all costs. Poor service and not to mention the quality of bikes are extremely poor. I rented the bike with child seat - and it doesn’t come with gears ! That’s fine I thought. But as soon as I started to ride the bike - you can feel that the bike was gonna give way anytime. Being a bike that has a child seat you would think that the quality would be at least proper to give the rider some confidence that the bike wasn’t gonna give way. But that’s a big NO. I could hear creaks throughout my whole ride and the brakes were extremely poor. These guys need to seriously buck up. If they are gonna provide a sub par quality bike for rent, the price should also match. It is expensive and not worth it. The other shops offer buy 2 hr and get 1hr free. And the bikes are pretty decent compared to this outlet. Looking at past reviews - it seems like they have yet to improve.

The actual rate should be 0 star frankly speaking ! Poor service and damn bad way to anyhow charge customer, can’t image why this shop is still not yet close totally ! For travellers and local ppl , don’t ever never deal with this shop pls ! Do remember so ! DO NOT COME TO SHOP ! BIKE STOP !

I feel they are overcharging and marked up the price of single rides in order to push their 4pax rides. Online shows $10 to $12 got 3 hours. But on site they claim it’s $16 per hour. And their rides not not maintained. Pls avoid patronizing at all cost.
