β β β β β Bought a Cervelo S5 from Bikes n Bites last month. I am very impress and satisfied with the purchase. Deon who serve me display utmost professionalism, he patiently reply to all my queries and trying his very best in meeting to my request. Deon is a very knowledgeable sales person and very customer orientated, he tends to reply all my messages promptly and politely. Paul and David who do the bike fit for me gave me valuable advises and tips on the correct riding posture. Not forgetting those friendly and behind the scene mechanics whom has been helping to rush my bikes. The shop sells almost everything a beginner or pro cyclist needed. Strongly recommend this shop if you are looking for a good bike and good customer service shop. Thank you Bikes n Bites team!

β β β β β Personally, I had a great experience with BnB when I purchased my bike in Aug. From the several visits to the shop, everyone whom I have spoken with have been very kind and genuinely helpful. A big thank you to David, Deon and Ben for helping me set up my first TT bike and of cause Paul who patiently bike fitted me. I will like to specially thank Deon and Ben who have provided excellent post sale services too when I needed assistance on a bike check. I am glad to know that the sale doesnβt just end after you collect your bike and walk out that door, but that post sale service is on point too.

β β β β β Visited this bike shop a few times. The staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable.
They are very willing to share their riding experience and advice on which are the bikes that suits my riding wants.
Not pushy, no hard selling.
Overall, I would say it's a very good bike shop.

β β β β β There are very few places I do reviews for as time is valuable and only the best or worst deserve the energy. I can't even state how relieved I am to have gone to Bikes n Bites for my needs. I walked away from there with two bikes (road + indoor trainer), and both are great rides at a fair price. The fitting was efficient and was pleased with the experience. They even sent an employee to my home to make sure the training bike was correctly set up on my Neo 2 trainer... that I did not buy from them!
So you're reading this because you're looking into a bike to buy or a place to get service from. Stop reading and head to their store now. It's a family business, and they treat you like a part of theirs as well.

β β β β β Started the Cycling hobby recently and spent considerable amount of time visiting different Brands and shops in the country. Can only say Paul and his team were the only ones who were patient enough to serve and assist us, when we first entered his shop with absolutely no idea what 105 or Ultegra was. It was no surprise that we decided to get a bike from his shop, as the attitude before (and even after sales) were outstanding. There were slight hiccups after my purchase and I was shocked when Paul offered to drop by my place to check on the bike at night on that very day. Goes without saying that such service attitude in todayβs day and age are only on the brink of extinction.
Never regret getting a bike from them and I would highly recommend those who are new to this hobby to spend some time speaking to Paul and his team to learn more about the bikes and service they offer.

β β β β β Was looking for a rear derailleur hanger for my old cervelo r3 so went to see them. cos the part seemed a bit uncommon they preferred to see my bike so they didnt sell me the wrong hanger.
David n Ben were really friendly n approachable, sharing with me some bike sizing tips n their experiences! Got the right part n they helped fix it in no time! Thanks guys!

β β β β β Rented a bike from these guys to do the Singapore loop on my holiday in Singapore.
Reservation is done via the website, where you can select your preferences for frame size, pedals etc. The bike was beautiful, excellently tuned, tires well pressurized; everything ran smoothly. Even though I am quite tall (1.92m), they were able to adjust the bike to make it comfortable for me.
Apart from the technicalities, these guys were extremely helpful in getting on my way as fast as possible. Service is top of the line.
Be sure to spend some time in the show room to check out all the beautiful bikes on display.
