Sam was super friendly and helpful and went out of the way to arrange to pick up my bikes from the airport, and the service was absolutely fuss free/ Robert is a phenomenal mechanic and my bikes were restored to as good as new. Their dedication to detail and servicing bikes, and customer service are second to none. BEST place to get bike stuff done!

Friendly bike shop! Don't feel any pressure entering the shop even without thinking of buying any stuffs. Value for money bike parts. Sam has good bike knowledge and able to offer good advices, even if they do not carry the products, though a special order can be arranged if I want. Will go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for a LBS to transfer my rotors and cassette over to my new wheelset + fit on new tyres and chanced upon Spin Axis. Truly excellent service and top notch mechanic Robert who got my wheels set up quickly and efficiently, not to mention the very reasonable price charged. During the setup Robert also provided tips and advice for my tubeless setup which I found really useful.
Thank you very much again Sam and Robert, I now have a favorite LBS to go back to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you very much for making my dream bike build happen. All necessary info I need they patiently explained it to me. Plus they are so flexible about what you want and need for your bike.
Some shop (I wont mention) didn’t even bother to initiate a conversation to me when I inquire.
Others dictate what you put in your build and later regret but for them they suggest based on your idea then go for what is a better option.
More blessings on your business, Robert is an expert mechanic. Im lucky to know you and your shop. Best Bike Shop for Quality and Looks?

Robert is a amazing and magical mechanic whom I only trust touching my bike! He also made a extra effort to help me with finding ways to cover up some wires so it’ll look nicer! ?
Sam is very welcoming and assuring with the whole process of building the bike. He went the extra mile to source for parts and has very good knowledge of what specific ones are needed.
Definitely will recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking to purchase a bicycle or accessories for bike parts!

Through talking to him and seeing him deal with other customers, I realised he treats all his customers equally and not based on the bike he/she owns.
Bought my groupset from him and also got him to fix up my bike - all of which he managed to do in 24 hours! Amazing service and will definitely be back for other bike upgrades/ servicing! Thank you Sam & team!
