★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Head down today to get the Phantom Grey and also bought another bike to change tyres. I had very bad experience with some famous C cycling shop, but bikeXpress never fail me. The boss provided me with awesome service provided! He is extremely patience, super nice guy! Taught us things that we never know, no upselling at all. Phantom Grey is very beautiful and special because only bikexpress have it. The purchase experience is wholesome! Never regret purchasing my bike from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gary has exceptional customer service. Never felt rushed at all and he patiently let us test ride and answered all our questions. He did all the checks thoroughly to ensure the bike was good to go. Spent time to demonstrate folding/unfolding, and was very generous with his tips. Can tell he really wants you to be happy and comfortable with the bike. I would buy a second bike if I was loaded.
