★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good range of Giant Bikes with good service by staff, I got an Escape 2 Disc after multiple visits to Tay Junction. Took some time to decide as it was my first bike after some years of riding Trek. Staff was patient and friendly during my visits. Bike performed wonderfully.

Even I’m beginner user of road bike, she’s still explain with me slowly, and let me try and try the size that suit me.
Even they closing soon, but they won’t rush me out. I also help by others friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ALMOST decided to not buy a bike because of the salesman.. it was a Chinese uncle who was stubborn and dismissive. However upon requesting to change a salerep, the experience changed!! Wendy was amazing. She answered all my questions nicely and it became a pleasant experience.
*choose your sales rep wisely, highly recommend Wendy! Left the shop w bike, cleats, pedal, bottle cage and a happy owner ?
