★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this shop on Carousell. Sent my 3 bikes for wrapping service & upgrade parts. (2 brompton & 1 birdy) On my last bike, I found out my cable fender was missing when I reached home. (Cable fender is needed to remove before placing the film.) I texted the seller and ask him to find the missing part. After a few days of follow up he told me it’s my problem not to check my bike before leaving the store (his shop was dark and narrow it is hard to inspect the bike parts, I only inspect the workmanship of the wrapping) and after a few exchange on whatsapp he blocked me. Although the cable fender was just a few tenths of dollars compared to almost Sgd$1k I spent in his shop, I felt it was unfair to me as a buyer and felt that he can resolved this issue better. I hope this review helps buyer to make wise decisions before sending their beloved bike there.
