β β β β β I was so ready to buy a pair of sandal, yet the staff put me off. I touched and compared the sandals for a while, the staff didnβt care to ask. I had to approach him and asked questions, and he didnβt show the interest to help. I walked out empty hand.

β β β β β I so appreciated the service from all the staff there.Although I didn't buy anything and I still tried a lot of pairs of sandals. They're still showing smile and said "Thank you" to me. But I was so pity of them because of I saw some of the customer treat staff very rudely. When I was trying some sandals, there was some 'Singaporean Chinese' & 'Indian' keep looking at my sandals tht I was trying, thn the staff told me THE PEOPLE wanted to take the sandals tht I was trying due to tht was the last pair....I was SO SHOCKED.

β β β β β This is a really nice store. The staff is very helpful and it's pretty easy to get the things you want. They were very patient and helpful with a two-year-old who was being a bit difficult, and could handle both kids' and adult stuff well. If you want Birkenstocks, this is the place to go.
