DO NOT VISIT THEM! The people inside are money minded. Did my braces treatment there and I totally regretted. After my final payment, my teeth was not aligned at all and I had to continue visiting, I could tell that the Dentist got sick and tired of seeing me coming in for free treatment and eventually he just told me they can’t do anything about my teeth that has yet to be aligned and if I want it to be aligned I got to restart the treatment (2years more) They changed their name from WH dental to Bliss dental, reason being their reputation was so bad in the community... Oh and not to forget, I have always been on time for my appointment but I always end up waiting for an average of 30mins to 1hour before the Dentist sees me. There are better dental clinics out there, avoid this clinic at all cost.

Do not recommend. Please avoid at all cost. My dad had an appointment as his tooth was hurting. The dentist did an x ray and mentioned that two teeth needed fillings. After the session, my dad was charged $377 for two fillings. After going home, his tooth started hurting after the anesthetic wore off. After 2 days, he went back as it was causing him severe pain and the doctor said the nerve was inflamed. The doctor prescribed antibiotics and charged him another $45 dollars with consultation. He also mentioned that my dad might have to do root canal or extraction. What we cannot understand is why the doctor did not suggest this in the first place after the xray, but still decide to proceed with a simple filling which was rough aggravated the nerve even more and could have possibly caused the inflammation and further decay. Please avoid!

I had a wisdom tooth surgery in 2017. The doctor put anasthesia and asked me to wait for 10min to numb the area. After 10min, she asked me if it is numb and I said it is a bit numb but I still could feel but she still proceeded with the procedure. When she cut my gum, break my jaw bone and cut the tooth I could feel a bit of pressure. But when she started to dig the tooth out I straight away felt the pain and I started to flinch a lot. She still continued the procedure and asked me if I could feel the pain and I nodded. At this point I couldn’t bear the pain anymore and the piece of the wisdom tooth still stuck and she still digged it out. She tried to distract me from the pain and she started to sing. After the tooth was removed she stitched my gum and put anasthesia again. She told me that usually the anasthesia will last till tommorrow but it is not strong for my body….They deducted extra $70 out of medisave for another x-ray in a few weeks time but they never get back to me for an appoiment and when I came down to the clinic, they ask my for the receipt. I will never ever go to this dental anymore. Fraud. Highly unrecommended. Doesnt even deserve a star. Beware.

There are better dental clinics than this. It’s very expensive with or without Chas Card. There are 3 outlets in Singapore. Beware of entering this costly dental clinics. They deplete your Chas card usage.

Double book and was told that because I didn’t pick up the call a day before to reconfirm even though I was asked to book 6 months before hand (which I did) to secure the slots. Didn’t apologise to me or whatsoever, wanting me to bear their mistakes. Dentist were all very nice and professional but the administrative was terrible. Was often made to wait more than 1hr even though they inform that dentist was free at the mentioned slot.

Comfortable experience with the dentist n the staff there will return to the clinic again for future appointments

The clinic pushed my mother’s appointment for thread removal from 8pm to 8:45pm. We arrived at 8:35pm and waited until 10pm just to receive a less than 5mins treatment. And that is after I’ve approached the counter to check if we can come back during off peak. Complete waste of time and ridiculous customer service.

Have to wait outside the clinic from 9am to 9:45am. When the staff finally arrived after ages, went over to ask for the booking, only to be yelled in the face. The front desk was yelling β€œCOULD YOU WAIT ANOT ??!!”. What's more is that on that day I was having a bad toothache and could barely open my mouth, which was why I'm there in the first place, and yet I had to argue with a dental nurse, Just so that I could ask what time is their available slot for booking. I thought Bliss Dental would provide a bliss experience, guess I was wrong. It provides a horrendous experience to their patients.
