★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can give a zero star I will! Ordered a dark choco cake for my helper's birthday via Foodpanda, the cake was sour and foul! Tried calling the branch, no answer. WhatsApp them, try seems irresponsive where no one is bothered to give us a call in regards to this serious matter on food safety! I decided to report this matter to Singapore food agency, and let the authorities deal with this company directly and I hope they get penalised for this heavily for the sake of public's food safety! If any of my family member gets sick tomorrow, I'm not going to let ur company off easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can rate zero star I will give zero. I ordered a cake and 3 pcs of cupcakes for my friend's birthday from food panda. But my friend only received the cake and the cupcakes was missing. When I complained to the customer service, they can't give me a refund coz it's been 24 hours passed already. What a bad delivery experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here on Mother's Day to redeem a cake from Fave. There was only 1 staff with tattoo on her arm who assisted me. I showed her the Fave and told her I wanted to redeem it, she raised her voice and said "Redeem what?!" I was so shock w her attitude so I answer her back, "I am showing it to you, can't you read? That's your promotion, shouldn't you know better?!" Then she asked what cake I want, took it out from the fridge and just give it to me. I took it and leave. Never had I experience such service before. People buy cake for a special occassion and a celebration and surely if you buy here, it will spoil your day! And never had I buy a cake before without even showing you the cake first before putting it in the box without even letting your customer see that it's the correct cake and that it is in good shape. Extremely poor customer service!
