★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is ok for the price but I have been noting the rather lackadaisical apptoach of one of their staff members. More than once I found myself the only customer at their store but had to wait almost 30min for 1 bento. I've even seen the staff remove their mask and talk on the phone while I was waiting for my order. When I walked up to him yo ask why my order was taking so long, he vaguely gestures to me and asks me to "wait first" as if that went any way as a form of explanation.

Stale taste of food, almost bitter taste in the Gyu Don i ordered.
Green tea taste like very artificially sweetened almost like cough syrup.
Will never step food into this joint again...
Umi, pls review the standard of your joints!

I'm not to sure the staff has smell it or taste it first before they served I bet they just take it from the counter that already been make. Rather then doing the fresh one
