★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to pick up a watch as per the internet timings of 10.30am. The staff arrived at the door well past 10.30am and ignored me standing at the door. Upon asking to be let on, was rudely told it is11am. Didn’t open the door and offer me a seat either. They kept doing their checks and ignored my presence. Was told again to scan safe entry and wait outside. I knocked again at 11.05am and showed them the timing mentioned on the website. No apology. In fact they argued that they open only at 11am and that my information was incorrect. Upon saying the attitude was terrible they defended themselves and refused to divulge their names upon my asking. Shocked and disappointed, Longines. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
