We love shopping for luxurious goods but given the current situation, where possible, we would shop online. Sadly though, not a single SA from various high end boutiques took the initiative to deliver our merchandise personally despite spending a fortune. Personal touch was really lacking and that sets a passionate SA apart from the rests. We are grateful our dream became a reality all thanks to Zaki, a Senior Sales Associate from Bally MBS. A simple phone enquiry for my husband’s surprise gift turned into the best shopping experience I ever had. Zaki was enthusiastic whilst still maintaining his professionalism and detailed product knowledge throughout our phone conversation. There was no way I could say no to such a service. He provided amazing videos of the products when I only asked for photos. Even when I had problems settling the payment due to the bank’s protocol, he took it in his stride to trust me and provided alternative solution. For me to have my transaction done at the comfort of my home. Impeccable service indeed. Thank you Zaki for the best customer service experience anyone could ever ask for. Kudos Bally for hiring the right staff with the best attitude!
