I bought these vanity cabinets from Bath Elements. At Bath Elements, there was no display unit for this product so I had to choose the door design from the small samples (see image for the square tiles). I chose the white marble design because it looked simple and minimalist. When the product was delivered, it was left aside because renovation was not ready and was only installed by my contractor 2 weeks later. Only after it was installed, I saw the loud design and immediately contacted Bath Elements. Bath Elements immediately helped me to contact Nobel Bathware (BMS). Finally after much delay in response from BMS, Bath Elements told me that BMS will contact me directly. They only reply intermittently and take very long to get back to me. When they claimed that they would arrange 21/22 December but no one came. I only saw the full design after it was installed, BMS said I should have rejected before it was installed?? How could I have seen it? If I saw it, I would have rejected it right away. The replacement doors they showed me were extremely similar in design with big black streaks which were obviously unacceptable. Now they have asked their factory to customise for me cabinet doors but there has been no updates so far regarding the design of the customised doors. Will update the review further as this problem escalates.
