β β β β β Suspecting that Bober Tea @ Boon Lay should be closing down? Lol. Came here a few times and the door is always shut and closed. Today came, door open with staff but entrance placed a chair stating "we're closed" went up to ask the staff when they'll open again, she replied "not open" and she was impolite too ..... NOT GONNA WASTE TRIP AND TIME DOWN TO THIS STORE ALR. it's been CLOSED since MID APR

β β β β β Just ordered the Hokkaido Cheesu Mango drink, which cost me $7.60, and it tastes like water with mango bits, can't taste the tea or the cheesu at all. I asked for less ice, but the ice was a normal amount, on top of the drink tasting like water. I would honestly rather get a drink from NTUC. Very disappointed.

β β β β β Good service ??. However, drink was diluted and my request for less ice was not followed. No hazelnut taste at all. 1/3 of cup was filled with ice. Hope they can improve, but for now I would suggest avoiding this place.

β β β β β I am a regular at this shop, may I know what happen to this Boonlay Mrt Exit C one? Have try to buy tea but it seems close for days since 21 Apr. The entrance is unlocked but no one inside during afternoon operating hours.... Should we go other branches instead of waiting out? Or is Bober Tea closing down?
