★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent about a hundred plus dollars on petrol and was told I got a free drink from BOBER Tea. I went over to get it as they were just beside the cashier. To my horror the attitude and service of the staff there was as if I owe her money. She was so unpleasant,Rude and no sales ethics. Really wish that the company re-train their staff. ???Horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good bubbletea but with bad customer service and attitude staff. Went all the way there to redeem coupon but was told 'cannot' as there were no medium cups, never make an effort to invite us to come another day for the redeem, just 'cannot'. When I suggest giving an alternative, that I could pay for the upsize but staff say 'cannot'. With no apology whatsover, staff just walk away and totally ignore my presence. I understand its not their fault that I couldnt redeem the coupon, but with this kind of customer service attitude.. Its bad..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently attitude problems still exists even after 4months since the first review about it. The drinks are great but the staff, not so. Anyway, is the toothpick suppose to be in drink itself?! Only realised it after finishing the drink...
