★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not my first time here but have had a great experience at this shop today! Accidentally dropped my cup of bubble tea outside the shop and broke the cup, the staff waved to me and signalled me to go back, and changed my cup for me! Really touched and impressed by the service! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pricey and they gave literally 60% ice in my matcha red bean drink? I was pretty appalled and disappointed. I finished the $4.20 drink in a few sips :( :( I couldn't even reach the red bean cos there was just so much ice. Had to throw out a few ice cubes to reach them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was at the Causeway Point branch, I think it’s because it’s late but the winter melon tea with creme I ordered was as bland as water.
Usually it tastes great but today’s really bad coupled with the badly cooked pearls.
Hope the quality improves!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the B1G1 Oct 10 offer, $3.20 for peach tea and winter melon milk tea with boba. The winter melon tea is great but the peach tea is real bad, taste like a peach syrup, very artificial flavor.
Overall the service is quick and staffs are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drink is good in general. The price is pretty similar to KOI, I would say slightly cheaper since we got a bigger quantity. My favorite drink there is Winter Melon Milk Tea. It is very sweet, so be aware of choosing your sugar level. Overall, I think this store is better than KOI in term of milk tea

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice choices of bubble tea and friendly staff that patiently waits for their customers to choose their orders. Quick delivery of teas with fast numbering systems. Strategically placed bubble tea shop in Woodlands amongst the f&b giants.

? The queue and waiting time wasn't long that day. I dranked Unice's brown sugar milk it tastes about the same. Just that Sharetea is more expensive.
? Will not buy again, most probably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 70% ice 30% content , is this how u earn money from consumers?? Is this the new marketing plan to cut cost and set product at high price point? I got at least more than half of ice than green tea latte content that I ordered in large-sized cup. Never buying sharetea again, very disappointed. After reporting in grab, it says “Merchant has advised that the product is correct and is AS INTENDED” means its on purpose to give more ice
