★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought from Gong Cha with my tumblr that has a PLASTIC straw. I have been buying milk tea with it for months with other chains and no issue. Until the one time I bought with Gongcha, they put almost boiling hot milk tea in it instead of normal iced. Scalded my tongue!! And imagine plastic straw was soaked in the heat.... the outlet remade the drink I went back but no apologies from the person who made my tea (ie who was responsible for this). I couldn't even taste the remade one cause my tongue was numb from the burn, not sure if the plastic straw still can use not. Feedbacked to gongcha to get a refund so they send five $1 vouchers. that CANNOT be stacked. (I have to buy new drink and can only minus $1 each time) Means to get my money back I needed to pay more ??!! Ridiculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a while to receive our order. Waited almost 10 mins for 3 drinks. One of the drinks (creme brulee strawberry latte) the front counter staff moved it rigorously and caused it to spill all over the top cover. To my surprise they just apologised instead of remaking the $4.80 drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm personally a great fan of Gong Cha's drinks.(Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk and Taro Milk FTW!) The standard in their drinks is always there. However from my experience at this outlet is that the staffs may take a longer time to key in the orders from Grab etc before they can take your order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we visited Gong Cha. New menu and design. Like the airport signage since we can’t fly out now. Ordered yam creme de la creme and Canadian maple syrup drink. Can’t remember exact name. ? Drinks were ok. pretty. Creme de la creme series I personally preferred the one from R&B.
