★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience, waited for freaking 30 minutes and checked with the counter but they told me they did call out the number, i was waiting there whole time and i saw with my own eyes my number was skipped.. waste my life..all they prioritise is delivery orders.. please give priorities to walk in customers..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here on a weekday afternoon, to be honest, not much crowd, yet the service is so slow. If you want people to use your self kiosk to order, then put the kiosk machine right in front and remove the counter staff since the counter staff is not efficient. Please improve your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste time waiting, waste 10 mins just to order a drink with only 1 person queing infront of me, 3 people inside stall but all not free to just take 2 orders? After that still need to wait for more then 30 mins to get my drinksss??? Seriously almost 1 hr of my time is gone just for this koi. Never coming back.
