I signed up with Body Inc with the hopes to improve or treat my skin condition after reading their reviews, and giving consideration the reputable background, where it should not go wrong at any point. However, below were my experiences and I would like to share:- My treatment went ok in the start, after 2 weeks, the supplements I took caused adverse reactions causing severe stomach pain. The responses and how they received my feedbacks, that I got from them is not actually pleasant to my expectations. I asked for compensation but they did not consider it and avoid this suggestion. Back and forth, they tried asking me to cut down on other supplements, but I experienced severe pain for 3 episodes at least, the pain could last up to half a day. I even described the pain to one of them via WhatsApp to alert them how bad was my condition. However, I felt my feedback has been taken lightly, as in total I have to experience 3 episodes, after listening from them to what to do. I recall one of the statement made by them somewhere I read was: 'they will journey with their clients'. However, from my experiences, I feel they did not really do a good follow up, and gave me a sense of 'don't care' attitude, especially, when I stopped entering my daily meal input, they did not even give me a call to check on me or how I have coped with the 'pain' issue after trying to consume back the supplements in a very small amount as per their advice. I concluded that this is not 'journeying' with your clients. The question is, is this a typical sales attitude, once payment made in full, and the rest just leave it to rot, especially, for my case. I want to alert whoever plan to sign up to think very carefully, before commiting to sign a full package, as it is very expensive.
