Went on 2nd June around 4.45pm to 5pm as I wanted to make an exchange on a bear brick I purchased the day before at vivocity. When I reach there was served by a lady Sales which I feel like a woodblock no expression and emotion. Initially told me cannot change and made a phone call to check with vivo. After 5-10mins of waiting tell me can do the exchange at NAC So I requested I would like to exchange to Cookie Monster and top up for the difference and she replied that we only have 1 piece available. So I was thinking is there any difference whether left how many piece as long as it is not being sold or reserve. After that she went out of the store leaving us waiting for another 5-10 mins and come back to tell us the last piece need to be ship to malaysia cannot do exchange for us. Even for other bearbrick available in the store also not able to exchange. Then initially after calling vivo city outlet why she told us we can change to the Cookie Monster version. Contradicting and emotionless customer service, might as well go back end and apply to be a office clerk. Sales girl is Chinese and wearing specs at NAC Other customer please take note if you are being serve by her.

ActionCity I had a very bad experience purchase my first bearbrick at actioncity online . When I received the bearbrick is a defective piece, I email them immediately and no one will bother to follow up . I bought my first bearbrick at $2499 , received stock is defective pcs . I have been email and visited the shop at Takashimaya and no one willing to help . They did not even reply my email . What should I do .

Friendly staff and a large variety of marvel, dc and other pop culture figures (like back to the future). There’s more iron man figures than other but that is my preference. There all good quality products which is the reason for their somewhat expensive figures. If your not into large detailed expensive figures there are small scale figures too.

Location inside Takashimaya Shopping centre. This store sells collectibles and figurines. The target audience should be adults… and must be working adults to be able to afford the price for the collectibles. One of the collectibles I am interested is Bearbrick. And this store has a wide range of Bearbricks from 100% to 1000%. Even rare collectible Bearbricks can be seen displayed in the store. For the store here, there is another booth outside of the store selling other variety of collectible toys. The prices for the collectibles are on the high side. So unless you are getting at discounted price (which is very unlikely), else you must have thick wallet to do so. The staffs are always friendly and allow window shopping by the guests. So anyone can simply pop by to take a look at the various selections of collectibles toys. Strongly recommended.
