I have 2 words for this clinic. Dodgy and Very Strange ! Came across this clinic on lushbeauty.sg instagram handle. The handle was promoting all sorts of treatments from double eyelid surgery, facial thread lift , fillers and profilo.  stoked by the before/ after photos, I started to DM the handle with my personal mobile. Within an hour, a China sounding lady contacted me and started to invite me to Cambridge Medical located at Ngee Ann for an appointment on 17th Mar 2021. I don't know what is the relationship between these Chinese people and the clinic but it had made me slightly uncomfortable. Having thought about it, I still went for my appointment because I was  thinking that nothing can go wrong with a clinic in Singapore and I wanted to try the highly raved injectable moisturizer. I was briefed about the treatment protocol and package. Before I wanted to pay money and sign on the package, God intervened. I requested the clinic nurse to show me the Profhilo that i was about to be injected with and verify the authenticity of profhilo using the QR code.  ( Before I came , I had actually researched the websites of a few OTHER aesthetic clinics which had suggested the use of authenticity verification using QR code. ) The nurses were hesitant to show me and were trying to convince me that their clinic only use authentic products. Eventually, they relented and showed me the box. To my dismay, the packaging was not in a good condition and there was no QR sticker attached to it. I have read reports online that some Malaysia and HK clinics use fake botox and fillers , resulting in eye blindness. I am unsure if this clinic is using fake product but the whole experience had made me very uncomfortable . It is a clinic and yet the experience makes me feel like it is a very dodgy beauty salon.

Sue is an experienced therapist and provides first class services. She is highly skilled in providing relaxing facial treatments that have improved my skin texture, firmness, hydration, with an added glow! Thank you Sue!

Experiencing my first Clatuu fat freezing ! I was greeted by a very posh and luxurious decorated clinic. Front desk staff was attentive and directed me to where I should be for treatment. Therapist shanshan, patiently explained the procedure/expected timeline required to see results/ dos and don'ts after treatment. Post treatment was very attentive too, I was given a calming massage at the treatment areas. Cambridge therapeutics pays a lot of attention to the customer experiences and meticulous in their treatment and advices. Highly recommended for your medi-spa needs?

Finished 9 out of 10 LDM treatment and 6 of 7 sylfirm sessions. Personally can’t say there’s any improvement to my face texture (my primary objective), with possibly just maginal improvement to melasma. Anyway looking fwd to my last treatment session, like to hear their assessment ! Shall update soon!

I highly recommend this place. I have undergone Eye Revo, I should say the appearance of my eye contour has drastically improved. Also I am undergoing LDM treatment and I am extremely happy with the results and receiving rave compliments from my friends and colleagues .Looking to undergo couple of more treatments too :) The complete team is really excellent and friendly including the Doctor and they never try to upsell their services which I like. Also I would like to give special brownie points for Shanshan who is my therapist and helping me to achieve the desire results. Cheers to the whole team :)

The staff here are very professional in their service. They were very friendly and cheerful which made the treatment so enjoyable and fun. Would highly recommend cambridge therapeutics to anyone regardless of age and gender. I had a wonderful time and ill definitely come again.

Dr Lee and his staff are super professional in their field and service. They only recommend treatments that are suitable for clients and never ever hard sell. My therapist, Sue, and her colleagues are always going over and beyond in their service to ensure I feel comfortable and in ensuring the treatments are suitable for me. I highly recommend Cambridge Therapeutics to be the go-to place for treatments :)
