★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the store at Ngee Ann City on Sunday evening, 3rd July 2022. The store seems crowded with 2 groups of customers already and both staff were busy attending.
I liked to compliment both staff as they acknowledged my presence and tried to assist me although they were already engaged with other customers.
Even though I left without any purchase as the store was too busy and the other customers seems to be quite demanding, I would love to return again the next time if I need to get gifts.
P.S. I think the management should increase manpower for this store as it will reflect badly on the company as a whole and there are consumers who aren't patience or as understanding.
