★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chanel changed their servicing warranty last year. I was able to fix my pearl earrings twice FOC the past few years as they dropped out. However, they changed their policies and charged $65 for 2 missing pearls repair service. Never will I get any costume jewelries from here anymore as the pearls and crystals tend to drop out after being worn a few times. Poor quality.
