★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly sales assistants who are not pushy and desperate for sales. Decent range of products. Have bought many times from them and am always pleased to come back for another shopping visit! Every visit is always accompanied by drinks. The sales manager is also extremely amiable.
Am glad that coach has improved its branding image and the service has improved tremendously. A vast improvement from the past.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosh don't bring your wife if you have one near this place, spent hours waiting for her here and spent lots. Personally did not think the price was worth the quality. Also my wife's wallet, the black lining melted after 1+ year of use, we asked for the staff to fix if possible, but staff said needed 100$ or so to fix it O_O and I had to pay for it

Purchased 1 bag and 1 long wallet with freebies. The salesperson even assist to adjust my braun buffel belt length as I cannot find any braun buffel shop nearby. This is what i called go the extra miles!
Great place for a great shopping experience!
