Already happy with the good service and good products; will be even better if your staff can be more forthcoming to introduce the different ranges of skincare and whatβs unique about each one. Makes it easier to understand and choose.
Your store labels also donβt say very much about each range; maybe display the brochures or some kind of overview table introducing all the different ranges.

β β β β β I have made an online purchase Order EC001S12547 on 4th May. I patiently waited but there was still no updates by 14th May, which I decided to email them, and got myself a blank automatic reply. Itβs been nearly 2 weeks now and still did not receive any updates nor the products which I already paid. I felt cheated and that was the worse online purchase ever. There was even no courtesy to update should there is any issues or delay in delivery. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ORBIS FOR THE TERRIBLE SERVICE. I AM STILL WAITING FOR UPDATES AND REPLY AS OF NOW. THE PRODUCTS I GOTTEN INCLUDES THE COLLAGEN SUPPLEMENTS WITH SHORT SHELF LIFE AND I AM STILL NOT RECEIVING THEM. ?
Refrain from buying if you want to avoid such disappointment and hassle of chasing for a reply.
I checked with J&T EXPRESS, and they told me the tracking number ORBIS ORDER HISTORY provided was invalid and therefore they cannot check.
