Came here the first time around 2 years ago after moving to Singapore. Have been buying Suits and casual apparel from Suitsupply for the past 5 years back in Germany and always been super happy with the product and the service in their stores.
On my first visit I was welcomed by Suzette who has ever since taken care of me like she knew me forever. Her and the entire team are very professional and welcoming and I always had a very pleasant experience.
Highly recommended product and customer service. 5* all the way.

I had a small issue with a pair of trousers and they rectified as quickly as possible.
Despite me visiting several times, and purchasing a number of suits here, today I felt that I had to leave a review as the service of Jeremiah was stellar.
He went above and beyond helping me to put together a few outfits. Service here is always discreet if you don't want to be helped, but incredible once you ask for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unhelpful, unfriendly staff. Male shop assistant asked me go to G2000 in downstair if I am looking for a black belt. Why G2000? I don’t have any idea why he mentioned other shop. I bought a shirts in the end. Very bad shopping experience!

Went there around 4PM on Saturday. We stood outside the store as it was cordoned off. Right at that moment, a staff from SuitSupply, presumably back from her toilet break, approached and told us that the staffs inside are currently busy.
Okay, so, do we wait for 10 or 30mins, do we come back in 2hrs, or do we have to make an appointment, or? We understand that salespersons may be busy.
Lady told us NOTHING and stared at us condescendingly for what felt like more than 10 seconds till we walked away. What the hell?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed. Very friendly but lacked professionalism. We tried many suits and found a few that we liked a lot. However, right before placing the order, they told us none of suits we tried are available to order. I felt that the sales associate should have check if stock is available before asking the customer to try it on. We wasted both time and energy. It's ironic that it's called suits supply but lacked any actual supply of suits. They even don't have the treads for a suits for customization since it was out of season. Pretty unsatisfying

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having bought 15 suits in total in store and off line I can assure you that it is a place to go to for your wardrobe needs. I get many compliments from people who wear suits that cost five times as much. Their selections price points and fit is their strong point. Fabric quality is reasonably good for the price. When it comes to wearing a suit it's all about the fit more than the brand. I used to wear only made to order high end brands. But all that changed after discovering suitsupply.
You will not find all the suits you see online in Ion store. The selection is limited. Highly recommended for first timers, everyday wearers peacocks.
