Bon Aesthetics (Orchard) - 360 Orchard Rd

After they changed to a new beautician, it has been ineffective.. The new beautician is not very thorough and did not zap all the spots thoroughly like the old beautician did.. @bon aesthetics I do not know the name of the beautician cos she didn't even bothered to introduce herself, but I went on 24 April morning

Adellyn is very polite and gentle with her service. She was very welcoming and patiently a pleasant experience with her, she is friendly and connects well with me making me feel comfortably. I will definitely will recommend my friend to this place for their treatment

Have been going for treatment for the past 1 year. Treatment was effective. By the third session I can see visible results. Staff is professional too providing advice on taking care after the treatment.

Signed up for the $98/10 session upper arm and upper lip + bb meso trial at Bon Aesthetics, Orchard, quite a disppointing experience. Before I even went for the first session, already expected that there will be some upselling. I have no issues with the upselling of package and everything. However, when the beautician went through the zapping, I felt like it wasn’t thorough enough. It seems like she was rushing for time. In less than 10mins I guess we were done. For two areas, underarm and upper lips + bb meso. I understand for the price I paying, I shouldn’t have expected more. But then.. I have tried the same treatment at another salon, it was trial/promo session as well. Honestly speaking, the original price of the package at both salons does not differ that much. Signing up for the promo sessions is just a to see which is better since the price does not really differ that much. I don’t think any girls will mind paying a little bit more to get better treatment... Oh well, I guess I won’t be continuing after the 10 sessions. Edit: 10mins (not more than 15mins) was including the bb meso. Thanks for the clarification on the SHR process.

The worst place ever. They are so pushy and keep bugging to you resign package even tho my previous package still has many sessions left. Before, during and after treatment, the therapist keeps asking to sign package and saying that price will go up soon. Super irritating.

Super affordable and effective SHR process! Within my first 4 sessions, there was a 80% reduction in hair grown and I didn’t need to shave anymore! The whole process is so fast, I usually pop in during my lunch break and am out in 2 mins! The staff there were also extremely polite, no hard selling! They were also giving me tips on how to achieve faster results, like stop shaving and only shave the day before treatment. Really very impressed with their service and prices. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else to get my hair removal process done. Thank you Bon Aesthetics!!!

Doing beard and jawline with them for more than a year. Great service and always feel comfortable here.The sales staff is very professional to explain the treatment and clear my enquiries during my first consultation. I will definitely recommend my friend to this place.

I'm not sure about other outlets but Orchard is the worst. I renewed the package early last year and it is hard to get a slot for the day I prefer. If you prefer a weekend slot, you have to wait for a month. Most of the days are fully booked. this is inconvenient so will make sure no renewal this time.
