★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was at the shop around 5.30pm at Sat evening, no one was counter. Despite pressing bell no one came to attend. Did not appear to have anyone at the shop despite seeming open, waited 10 minutes and came back and it's still empty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is it me or are all the drinks now with so little ice. Used to love boost drinks cos it's icy slushie like. Had it at 2 different branches recently and it was really not slushie like anymore.
Used to drink so often in Australia when the staff were all singing and serving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 2 drinks today. Taste diluted for $8 drinks which are not cold pressed. Ordered large but given medium size. Sales girl/ did not apologize for mistake made though they did change it. Saw packaged / bottled fruit juice in the kitchen. I was surprised as some drinks are not made with fresh fruits given the price. Definitely overpriced and not worth it. This is the last time I’m buying. There’s nothing about the drinks that I can praise hence the rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three staff at juice bar - two not working . Serving as an when basis no first come first serve.Waited 15 minutes for them to make a drink and then left without the drink. One of the servers Ayu was sleeping behind the counter on the floor . What’s the point of the bar when there is no one willing to work it ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give feedback regarding your branch at Turf City. It is often not taking orders either because there is no 'water' (happened few months ago), or the staff is doing a 'handover'. Exactly a week ago, no orders were being taken between 430 - 5pm because the staff were performing a 'handover'. I've never come across such an excuse in other F&B outlets. Terrible service!
