★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was planning to order fruit juice but no people at the counter or shop. Customers just come and wait for while and left cox no one was serving. No one was in the shop and no sign showing the shop was closed. Around 4pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were mass orders before me so the cashier missed my order which was inevitable. But the other workers continued to serve the other customers and pressuring him to find my order. Afterwards,when there are no customers they continued to stress him in finding my order. Why can't they just make the juice right away? They even doubt me for not paying my drinks? Why would I cheat their feelings? I even requested for a small cup not a big one. I may not looked angry but I am. Thanks for not being apologetic too...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super rude aunty I have ever seen. Simply ignore when I am trying to order juice from her. Ask about the membership she ask me to read myself. Than just walk away. How to survive business with such employee. Move to LiHo to buy avacado juice and the experience is so different. Never ever partronise this SF fruit juice store at IMM again!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to redeem a banana from the stall and the aunty was EXTREMELY rude when i forgot to show her the page after scanning the redeem code. I even apologised to her and said i forgot but she shouted and said MY BOSS IS WATCHING FROM THE CCTV HOW CAN YOU DO THAT. I was puzzled and tried to calm the aunty down by saying aunty you scared me while politely smiling. And she continued to be really rude and said NO MY BOSS IS WATCHING etc.
I had enough of it and just walked away. What on earth. Never visiting again. Worst experience.

Terrible service!!
Dun Waste you money buying their juice !
Staff argued and accused customers that the Lazada voucher not redeemed when clearly the code was keyed in -in front of her & transaction screenshot with time and date showed to her .
She accused customer of “NEVER redeem “ and threatened not to give the juice. She just hid inside and refused to serve you or look at your mobile phone redemptions details at the counter.
The juice was very diluted and taste like mainly of raw stale watermelon .
