★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst boost store ever, staff basically did not acknowledge us when there is only 1 order and we were the only 1 in line. There were 2 staff in the store and were talking among themselves.
We walked away the moment the staff called out the order for another person sarcastically.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what the staffs are doing but I've been saying hello for a few times and they are just sitting at the back, talking among themselves, Totally ignoring me. When serving me, she's doing it unwillingly and giving me attitude. Need staff training for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited in front of the counter while staff was slowly making the previous customer's drink. Took her 5mins to finish and when she finally come to the counter, she told me they are closed. It's only 9pm and she don't bother to tell me when I was waiting at the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ there is an obvious housefly problem (shown in pic). every 3 seconds, i see around 4-5 houseflies flying around. one even landed on my leg.
on top of that, it seems that the management assigned a new part timer to work here alone for the whole shift. it’s not the employee’s fault btw she can’t man the whole stall alone when there’s so many customers + grab orders
