★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee delivered on 14th Dec but turned bad on 22nd, expiry date labelled as 28th Dec?? We keep Coffee well refrigerated but still turned bad before expiry date. Same thing happened to the last batch of Coffee too. Won't order again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee is great, company's communication is absolutely terrible. Needed to cancel my subscription for a week, which is something they offer. Company's website said the subscription had already been cancelled, which was confusing, so I sent in an email asking for a clarification and also to cancel for that week manually, since I could not do it through the system. (see attached pic)
Guess what, coffee still came, I wasn't around to drink it, it went to waste, and I still got charged.
Sent 2 emails, the first one with a waiting time of an entire week, the other 4 days, absolutely no communication and response of their side.
TLDR: Coffee is good but sorting out your purchases is more trouble than it's worth. Purchase from a company with better systems and processes instead. Another person at home buys from PPP Coffee, never had a problem with them.
