Providence Clinic @Hillford - 182 Jln Jurong Kechil

Nurses are rude and incompetent. Dealing with them was really frustrating. Dr Joanne is very nice and patient though.

I was in acute abdomen pain on 9 April evening and most of the clinics around were closed. We Google search and found Providence Clinic at Hillford and met Dr Joanne whom is one of the responsible GP doctor that I have met. She is very attentive, detail, caring and take precautionary measures during my consultation with her. She did the urine test, swap test due to my fever and prepare me for an ultrasound scan and wrote a A & E letter in case the pain persists for emergency admission. While I was waiting for the document and medicine, she came out and gave me the medicine to ease my pain while waiting. But the pain did not subside the next day on Saturday and I called the clinic and she told me to admit to the A & E if the pain is unbearable. Dr Joanne called me on Monday to check on my condition. I’m grateful to meet Dr Joanne and would highly recommend to seek her medical attention. Thanks Dr Joanne for her professionalism, caring and responsible attitude. ? From Slim

Truly appalled at my experience here. The staff was rude and impatient, complaining about patients in front of them. Tried to break the tension by conversing with them, and got reprimanded instead. Ended up not visiting the doctor as I was uncomfortable with the general treatment of people here. edit : scrolling through the reviews I realise others may have had similar experiences below. Please improve.

Dr Joanne is a very caring person. She listened to our concerns and helped to address accordingly. She took time to listen and talk to us patiently. The staffs were also very helpful and responsive even when I contacted by email. Thank you :)

Was there for my booster jab. Dr is really caring and no waiting as I pre booked my slot ?

The old lady staff is rude, unaccommodating and uncaring. She doesnt give any clear instructions. She even told us to go without even checking with the doctor. We are supposed to get some meds but told us no need. Good thing the doctor saw it and told her that she prescribed new set of meds. Then she didnt even apologized and just smirked and made face. Will never go back to this clinic. The doctor is good but there is zero customer service.

Don’t come here. If your case is urgent. The wait time is horrible and clinic staff(old lady) is not accommodating. The doctor is great tho. They either need to hire more staffs or have some kind of queuing system in place.

Sometimes walk in patient might have to wait longer, better to make appointment . Dr Joanne is caring, and attention to detail (thumbs up)
