โ โ โ โ โ Poor experience. Called twice in the morning before going down but no answer. When I told the customer service rep, she said there is only one line. So they donโt see or return any missed calls???
Brought my Acoustic Wave system as the CD needle is making noise. Their company policy is they donโt repair any old models as there are no parts. I said that it might be just a servicing/cleaning job. And the answer was still no.
Next, I brought my headset QuietComfort3 to get a new pair of ear piece replacement. Cost me $57.50 and it would have cost me another $15 if they changed for me!!!! Told her that Atlas would just replace for me and even showed me how to change myself. I changed the sponges in front of her. I also question their pricing strategy - sponges for older models cost more when the sponges are actually smaller and it is exactly the same manufacturing process as the new models, just different moulds.
This new service centre is mercenary and short-sighted. My entire house is using Bose systems and this is how I was treated.
I will consider changing to other brands that know what after-sale service is.

โ โ โ โ โ Service was quick and straight to the point for my 1 to 1 exchange of faulty QC earbuds (within warranty). Do make an appointment prior visiting, and take note that they do not have parts for older models.

โ โ โ โ โ I called Bose Service centre as I was having a problem with my portable speaker. Customer service Annabelle was very helpful and attentive. She tried to guide me over the phone but I decided to drop by because my portable speaker cannot turn on. She was very patient and updated my speaker software and even guided me how to reset it. Eventually, my speaker worked again. Thank you for the excellent customer service experience. Now, I am enjoying my music again. I strongly recommend Bose for the excellent music and excellent after sales service by your staff.

โ โ โ โ โ They dont operate sunday & public holidays. Bose service centre 's Reception staff was very kind but they only repair latest speakers not earphone. They said old models are hard to find the parts.
They do only replacement for the earphone within 1 year warrenty with Singapore purchase receipt.

โ โ โ โ โ Called the center , was told to email. Email the center , was told machine too old no parts try 3rd party repairers. Ask for suggestions where to repair and got no reply. Service center is a joke for such a good product. Not helpful and a waste of time.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโve owned other headphones before but Bose gets 5 stars because of their quick, efficient and excellent service for my damaged headphones the Bose Noise Cancelling 700. They escalated my case and handled it splendidly. Gave me a replacement and instructions on caring for it better this time :) thank you very much to Annabelle especially.
