They were able to get me a new smartphone for a very reasonable price and allowed me to carry on with my trip like nothing had happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I checked on several online reviews and went to a few shortlisted shops to sell my iPhone 8 plus. This shop is by far the best in service! The transaction and process was almost seamless and the price quoted was really fair. The service staff was customer focused, friendly and decisive. The whole process from checking the phone to paying took 15mins. In contrast, another shop I went to previously made me waited for 20mins and quoted me very low price after evaluation.
I am convinced this is a true 5 star shop/service!
