Very good scalp treatment. I went there with a fave voucher but I would consider doing this treatment again in the future. Immediate results and no hard selling. I recommend it!

The staffs are professional and provide good advise. Stylist Director Kitty Lai is superb in her haircut skills and I have no qualms to leave my haircut in her good hands.

The salon provides professional hair advice and are very meticulous with their service rendered to me . Honest review on their hair color product is that the hair stylist shared that the hair will be softer and the color would change 4/5 different warm shades and my hair color has overlapped but with a subtle color for almost 9 months now . Highly recommend to try their service 5 stars ✨!!!

Did cut + perm here with Kitty and my hair turned out exactly how I wanted it! I previously permed at another salon and my hair didn't retain much of the perm even after I redid it once, because my hair just doesn't hold perm well. Kitty was rly knowledgeable and knew how to work with my hair.

Purchased a package with them after trying them out via FAVE, thought the staff were friendly, not overly pushy and the services rendered weren't too shabby. When they sold me the package, it was sold to me on the basis that there wasn't an expiry on the package. Now, out of the blue, with no prior dissemination of information to their customers, they send me a WhatsApp on 18th February 2022, saying my package will expire by MAY 2022 because of inactivity since 2019. February 2020 was the beginning of the pandemic. So, I was supposed to risk exposure just so that I could use up my package that I had no knowledge it had an expiry, in the midst of a multiple lockdowns and when the government was advising us to go out only if you absolutely had to. BRAVO. By their logic, I was to prioritize my hair over the health and safety of my husband and 3year old. ?? Nobody called or sent a WhatsApp in 2021 to inform me of their changes in terms and conditions. When I queried them on the "no expiry" package I bought, all they said was that they had a change in management and their Terms & Conditions. I received NO communication from them when their new management and policies took effect. I was supposed to have a crystal ball and read their updated policies. No reply from them as to some form of resolution. Disappointing.

First time trying a hair color that I always wanted but after consulting with Corrine she recommend another color and the end results was something that suited me. Was more pleased by their service and how they put their all in delivering the best service. Would come back in the future! No hard selling too.
