Lovely store, shame about the staff

Pretty bad experience. Sales man was more interested in making the sale and recommended wrong product, not satisfied with what I bought at all. Fancy shop though.

Have good experience, salesman is very professional, and can give useful suggestion,also help me to order goods in from other stores.

Ms. Liz who helped me on the phone and another salesman on the Sat 11am shift (sorry forgot his name) were very helpful in choosing the right products for me. Thank you so much!

Was served by Ms Alison, she look impatient and not willing to help at all. Asking for a belt bag then she showed “belt” instead, when I explain to her again I was looking for a belt bag not a belt then she show the impatient face again and said that only two colour we have and ask us to go downstairs….After that we proceed payment for the item, she took so long and telling me that my card was declined. I showed her the transaction record because it already been charged in my bank. But she insisted that the “RECEIPT “ didn’t come out so it means declined then I ask for her help see whether she can ask someone else or contact the bank or check the credit card terminal because she charged me twice but lucky that I didn’t keep this much of money inside the card? she refused to help and waiting for me to give her another card so she can charged again. After that I called to the bank then they cancel the payment and refund me the money so that I can repurchase again. This is a very unpleasant experience in mbs BV, I wonder how can it be so much different with ion orchard brand! I visited there twice and the staff there were so helpful and friendly.
