What I love about this place is, firstly from the point of main entrance below was greeted by a friendly staff. Upstairs another round of greeting.
Secondly, you don't feel pressured. You can browse freely and no staff tailing you behind so you feel kind of relax.
Okay my wife and I came here with a purpose to get a BD gift for her and myself and got what we wanted.
Victoria was very friendly and down to earth. She has that sincere personality and not pushy. She made us feel comfortable throughout my buying process. We purchased the Bella Mahina Galet handbag and Flap Double Phone pouch. They looks gorgeous.
Very happy with the purchases from the environment to the customer service and of course the brand

After knowing it was my first time visiting, Calvin shared with me the theme of the crystal boutique and decorations. Very friendly and full of storytelling. And the friendly staff introduced me the perfume, handbags, and jewelry collections. Stunning collections! Impressive journey!
