J	Jolene Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time there, trying to purchase a belt for my partner as a gift. The security people were kind to give me a heads up that it will be abit of a wait. I’m fine with that because I wanted to browse the store too. After almost an hour with all the SAs making eye contact with me and ignoring me completely (I tried to ask them something but they cut me off saying they’re busy), a trainee was assigned to me. Bless her she’s the only nice person in there I bet. Got my purchase, then headed out, wanted to ask them where I can get my MBS points accumulated. One of the SA, a middle aged man just shouted (I swear he spoke to me like I was a peasant) the directions then walked away. I’m not sure if I’ve offended anyone but I’m still severely traumatised but the overall experience.

While what I was looking for was out of stock, she was patient and attentive; and even followed up with a post visit text. 6* experience. Cheers

They do not have any idea how to serve the customers… simply one of the biggest disappointment all over the world for Hermes. Try to avoid this store. There are many other all other the world,even in Zanzibar you will have better service than this place. People with this attitude simple destroy the reputation of the brand.

I made an appointment with him to pick up a handbag and surprisingly we chatted for about one hour on the brand history and products design. Kudos to his top notch service and my time in the Hermes MBS boutique was truly enjoyable. He's the one and only SA that I will go back to if I were buying any items from Hermes again.

Didnt feel any discrimination or attitude issue from her, which is so rare in Singapore’s luxury shopping scene. I hope continues Annie staying with Hermes as a full time associate for a long time to come! ? Please keep it up, your good service really made my day & experience at Hermes perfect! For the Oran sandals there are 2 versions: the old one comes with a stick on base, while the new one comes as a single piece of leather base.

I had an extra great time chatting with my SA Matthew, talking about my recent trip to Korea and how the Hermes scarf was a dream to use. He’s always very unassuming and is an intriguing character to talk to because of his appreciation for craftsmanship, like me. We both enjoy the House for this quality so shopping with him is always filled with details, so I have to highlight his service. There was once he got delayed by an earlier client so he assigned another lady (Ally) came by. She was incredibly nice and eager to have me try out pieces, and I noticed her taking down notes as I shared my likings. Super attentive. Although I enjoy Liat Towers for its size and Petit H items, the MBS branch often has playful decor and interesting stations. Very pleasant combined with the service. Thank you!
