★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im a regular customer at le labo always gotten my favorite perfume here by far MBS has the most heart welcoming customer service I've gotten by far compare to other outlets I don't mind travelling the extra mile so I can get the best customer service, I hope your boss treat you good as you'll have done well and serve me will. Will definitely come back to get a refill once my perfume finish and thank you NUR AIN for the lovely service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much better experience than the other one in Orchard. Very friendly staff (it was Kelly if I heard her name correctly on the phone or Angel by the label on the box). I came to do a refill and decided to ask for some samples of other scents than the ones I usually wear and she happily shared her fav scent too! Can’t wait to visit again to refill Another 13 when the components are in stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went on 18th May'22 as I was around the area. The lady who has attended to me in the afternoon had great customer service, not forceful, friendly & very patient. She made my experience very comfortable, while I was taking my time trying out their range of fragrances. Perfume had a lovely unique scent. Had a great time selecting what I wanted ??
