β β β β β Excellent food , nice ambience & great service !!!
Was part of the supper club and Went there for my birthday on 8 Jul 2022 with husband and 2 kids aged 13 & 7 . Ordered the burrata tomato salad , lobster bisque , barramundi and sea bass mains and creme brΓ»lΓ©e dessert for my husband and myself and the fish and chips for my kids. Must say very impressed - with the food quality , service , responsiveness of the booking and reservations for the dinner arrangements and that they paid attention to details - had kids menu etc . Special mention goes to Joshua , Amy and team who took very good care of us. impressed with Joshua and his service attitude - he paid attention to every detail and was very responsive - from replenishing our olive oil to drinks to offering us complimentary carpark coupons to offering a handbag placeholder plus handing over to me the cake that I had mistakenly left behind ! The supper club membership , restaurant food and service is commendable !! Would surely recommend to anyone looking for good quality food , nice ambience and great service !! Well done brassiere lee Saveur n St Regis !!!

β β β β β Nice presentation and setting for afternoon tea. Portion is huge. Overall taste is slightly above average. Sweet items can be a little overwhelming for those who do not have a sweet tooth.
Restaurant is a little understaffed, so it can be a little tricky to get their attention.

β β β β β Service: 5β
Service was prompt and they offered us water upon sitting down. There were different staff serving us but everyone knew our preference no matter which staff we informed.
Ambience: 5β
Very beautiful setting for fine dining.
Food: 4β
There's free freshly baked bread with butter once you're seated. The bread is really good - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Butter is good too.
Escargot: 8/10 Escargot is soft, cooked in herb sauce and comes with side salad. Enjoyable for mild palates, classic French style. Personally I would have preferred if there was some extra kick (either acidity or spice) to it
French onion soup: 7/10 Soup is warm and smooth with a mild taste, the portion of the bread not soaked in soup was still nice and crispy. Personally would have preferred it to be either sweeter or saltier. Again, believe this is the traditional version.
Pork loin: 10/10 Very tender pork with slightly sweet and citrusy sauce. I loved the carrots and the purees too. I also liked that they added the sauce to the dish at your table directly instead or pre-adding it in the kitchen - the sauce doesn't dry up as quickly on the meat.
Barramundi: 10/10 Barramundi is fresh and tender, the fennel on top adds an interesting yet welcoming taste. I loved the cream sauce even though I'm usually not a fan of cream sauce.
Hazelnut Choux: 9/10 Hazelnut cream is amazing and the pear coulis pairs well with it. Choux pastry was good too but would be best if it's just slightly softer.

β β β β β Great environment and service. Staff are friendly and attentive.
Good presentation of the high tea set. Tea comes in pots and are fragrant.
Had the Fossa Chocolate collaboration set. A great choice if you are an ultimate chocolate lover as it has more sweet than savoury that will definitely make you bounce around from the sugar-highness. Opt for the light tea to balance out the sweetness.
A great place to chill on a hot afternoon and catching up with friends.

β β β β β An absolutely gorgeous place for a mealβ¦. High ceilings and a very classic decor. Food is also outstanding. The best French Onion soup Iβve had. The portions for the mains are definitely on the small side (else I would have rated 5 stars). Desserts were also excellent especially the CrΓ¨me BrΓ»lΓ©e!

β β β β β 4 stars for attentive and friendly staff during our afternoon tea here. However, while serving the items an explanation would be nice. Lucky us this minor oversight was corrected right away by another waitress.
The savoury and pastry items are more on the average side in terms of taste but nicely presented. Minus points certainly for not so well maintained furniture & curtains.
Will I come back for another round of high tea? ? - maybe not too soon.

β β β β β Tried the brunch price wise is on par with the dishes offered in the menu. Place is pleasant with live jazz music playing on background, food quality can be improved like beef tartare or other cold dishes not to be served warm as taste wonβt be fresh. Understand that thereβs only 2 hour period unfortunately the serving pace was too fast and we not able to savour each dishes end up overeating by end of the day. Hope this two issues can be improved.

β β β β β We were unimpressed with the set lunch and underwhelmed by the service in general. Hubby had escargots as starter and steak and fries as the main. For dessert, it was a dry brown bun with hazelnut cream inside and an egg-shaped cream on top. Hard to eat.
The escargots were the best dish. Steak was a good size and tasted good but the fries were weirdly flattened and chewy. Hubby tried only a few. Presentation was stark. The fries seemed just thrown on.
My octopus starter was cold, hard and chewy. Perhaps having eaten octopus numerous times all over Europe, it's not fair to compare with the Singapore version. But I was disappointed. The scallops were a tad small, tasted good but average. So for my set, the best was the creme brulee. It was surprisingly large and lovely.
Being my birthday, the very nice manager put us in a special 'room', off to one side, with a gorgeous chandelier and long curtains. The disadvantage was that we were largely forgotten and had to hail the wait staff for water refill and plate clearing. There was a couple sitting at the main section, who tried to get service a few times. Finally, the man hit his cutlery on the glass to alert the waiter. He had to do it 3 times before the manager went over.
On the good side, we had a nice chocolate cream cake and coffee, compliments of the restaurant. Sadly, I'm lactose-intolerant (restaurant was told earlier) and could only eat a tiny slice. However, we took the rest back. Wonder why there's no provision of dairy-free cakes for a guest with food allergies?
Both my daughters had dined here with their partners and enjoyed the food very much. We came on their recommendations. It's sad we didn't enjoy the meal.
