★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for tea but decided to opt for the a la carte menu and ordered a cappuccino, St Regis Club Sandwich and an Apple tart.
Overall the sandwich and the coffee were okay and other cafes may go it better.
The Apple tart was great, and not overly sweet. Attentive staff. Great service

Food was great! It wasn't just buffet, main course and/or side dish ala carte.
The food selection didn't feel like Brunch; it felt like Lunch.
Service was excellent!

Started off with a welcome flute of @Champagne Billecart-Salmon followed by a classic three-tier stand of sweet and savoury delights:
* Crab Tart with Crunchy Wasabi Green Pea
* Salmon Cream Cheese Double Decker, Salmon Roe
* Avocado, Feta & Cucumber Sandwich
* Vanilla & Raisin Scones
* Ruby Chocolate-coated Red Velvet Madeleine
Plus they have an exclusive Signature St. Regis Singapore Tea Blend by @TWGTea oh-la-la~ Do note that this afternoon tea is exclusive till 29 Feb 2020!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had lunch at Han Ting, but later proceeded to the Drawing room for coffee & snacks, immaculate service from Kartie Gunu & his assistant, a friendly Javanese man with lots of hotel experience! (His name is Wescon, I think), he was able to serve everyone despite being alone & answer lots of questions,
very polite & fine gentleman, unlike those crew from the Chinese restaurant, stone cold!
