Nice ambience with good service but was somewhat inconsistent quality in food across the dishes we had. The signature steamed goby fish was average and bland and kailan with mushrooms was awful with a burnt bland taste with 'old' vegetables that is tough to the bite. The lobster fried rice lacks wok hei and the rice were unusually hard. Scallops were mushy in texture, which was strange. The Peking duck, hot and sour sopu and kurobuta pork dishes was outstanding and good.

Location is in a quiet place of orchard. The restaurant food quality is high and they strive to give the best dish iteration of what the raw ingredients are. Not every single dish is worth it, however do reach out to staff who knows it best for recommendations as their dishes do change time to time.

Very well executed dun sum dishes. Dumpling skins were paper thin, and delicious. Abalone cordycep soup was delicious. Service during my meal was a little short handed but thatโ€™s the new normal for the majority of restaurants with the manpower shortage. Will back very soon

Wow! I'm amazed from online booking till I got down and order my food. The lady was so nice to recommend the dishes for me. It's just nice and didn't over order and we managed to eat the dessert too... It's really so delicious, must try but it's always fully booked. So reserve early if you want to come by. Really love the food so much. Do take note Dim Sum for noon time only. A must try for sure.

Great food, super ambience and good service. Understaff though so expect a longer than usual wait for your add-on requests; otherwise would have given 5 stars. Management must employ more staff or limit to lesser tables otherwise risk of dropping to 3 or less stars in terms of dining experience. Itโ€™s not cheap thatโ€™s why expectations are much higher. This is not tunglok, crystal jade nor imperial!

Our favourite Cantonese /Chinese restaurant in Singapore. yanTing is at the St Regis off Orchard Road and has been out favourite restaurant for a long time. The decor is modern and classy. The staff and food are what really stand out at this restaurant. The food has consistently been fantastic. The flavours are amazing. Do book in advance as the place fills up pretty quick. Highly recommended for all lovers of Chinese food.

Spent my noon there for the weekend dim sum brunch. It is still good as before. However, the lobster can be better if cooked other way. The service can be better too. Not very attentive although there are many staffs on duty. Overall, still a pleasant dining experience.

Another classic place to enjoy Cantonese cuisine in a 5-star hotel. In other words, I feel itโ€™s pretty similar as other nice Cantonese restaurants among the top hotels. I was recommended that the dim sum here is especially good. However, itโ€™s definitely good but didnโ€™t really outperform its peers for what I have tried. The reason I rated 3 stars is the service was below 5-star standard for our visit. Staff were not welcoming. I asked a few times to take order and they were not responsive at all and etc.
