★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ragamuffin heaven with beautiful cats. Booking is smooth. No drink nor snack though. Cats are tame, staff is friendly. Quite a number of eatery nearby which makes it a good hangout place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very good experience at Paws and Claws and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a cat cafe to pay them a visit! The cats are really friendly and active (considering we went for the last session of the day), and were content to be held. They were very well-behaved and did not bite or scratch. A large selection of toys was also available for playing with the cats, and the hour flew by so quickly. A very enjoyable experience overall ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First ever experience at a Cat Cafe, it was a eye-opening experience there with all these cute cats. They are so active running around. Loved petting them, they do not bite or scratch as well. Great place to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best cat cafe in Singapore! So many kittens and many of them are so active and playful. The cats are so cute and they don’t bite nor scratch. They are so gentle and friendly to human! For cat lovers out there, this cafe is definitely worth your trip down and your money!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the best cat cafe I have been to! The cats are all so cute :’) and their fur is soooo soft! They do not scratch or bite at all, so you can be at peace knowing they won’t attack you while you pet them. The owners are very friendly as well. Would defo come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cats are mostly sleeping when we were there. The cats are also shedding lots of fur. It will be better if you feed them with more proteins and egg yolk to reduce shedding and to have much fluffier and smooth fur.
Only two out of the ten cats were awake when we were there..
The staff is not attentive too and customer service is lacking. It would be good if the staff also interacts with customers and the cats.
